Adam Forsyth

Divorce, Adoption and Domestic Litigation

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University in 2014 with summa cum laude honors. He was also awarded the university’s Outstanding Student in Criminal Justice award. In 2017, he received his Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU.

After graduating from law school, Adam worked for a year at a small firm in Saint George. He then opened his own solo practice before joining the Fillmore Spencer team in April 2021.

Adam specializes in family law. He is the oldest of 10 children, which has given him a deep understanding of the dynamics of family law. He is a skilled mediator and is committed to helping his clients find the best resolution for their specific needs.

Adam is currently located in the Utah Valley area, but he also travels to Southern Utah to serve the Fillmore Spencer clients in that region. He and his wife recently welcomed their fifth child. In his free time, Adam enjoys the outdoors, running, competitive laser tag, puzzles, board games, reading, and good food.

Adam’s law practice focuses on family law, adoption, domestic abuse, and general domestic litigation.
