Paul C. Cox boasts an extensive and diverse career spanning over 25 years, encompassing various fields, from commercial real estate and IT data center management to practicing law. Since obtaining his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 2011, Paul has harnessed this rich background to provide a personal and meticulously analytical approach to assist clients with Business Law matters of all kinds. From formation and intellectual property protection through mergers, acquisitions, contracts and real estate transactions, Paul has done it all for his clients in Arizona, Utah and Alaska.
Paul possesses a deep appreciation for the importance of family and recognizes that your family, business, and legacy hold great significance. He empathizes with his clients’ concerns for the future of both business and personal assets and possesses the expertise to offer practical guidance and effective legal solutions, and then craft the documents to implement them exactly as intended.

When he isn’t in the office, Paul can often be found at the ice rink where he enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, or on the golf course.
