Since obtaining his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 2011, Paul has harnessed this rich background to provide a personal and meticulously analytical approach to assist clients with Business Law matters of all kinds. From formation and intellectual property protection through mergers, acquisitions, contracts and real estate transactions, Paul has done it all for his clients in Arizona, Utah and Alaska.
