Barney Madsen, partner at Fillmore Spencer, won an appeal at the Utah Court of Appeals and made some new law. In Craig v. Provo City the district court had dismissed Mr. Madsen’s case ruling that the State Savings Statute did not apply to the Governmental Immunity Act.
