Fillmore Spencer partner T. Laura Lui will address “Ethics of Multijurisdiction Practice.”   Laura represents  clients all over the United States in federal immigration court and is licensed in Utah and Nevada.  She has practiced pro hac vice across jurisdictions and will address the unique ethical concerns in these areas of practice.

T. Laura Lui is an experienced attorney with a solid reputation of success spanning 25 years of legal service.  After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University, she attended law school at Southwestern School of Law in its prestigious SCALE Program.

She began her legal career as a Deputy Nevada State Public Defender. Her extensive legal experience includes Deputy District Attorney in Fallon, Nevada, Assistant Attorney General in both Nevada and Utah, Parental Defender in the Third Judicial Juvenile Court, Salt Lake, Partner with Reza Athari & Lui, and recently Laura Lui & Associates, PLLC before joining Fillmore Spencer as a partner in 2020.
